white & gold lou, laurie, & yoko cloud ornament wall hanging

1 chunky white stoneware handmade ceramic ornament with dazzly gold luster glaze added in a perfect circle on the cloud!  this piece was inspired by learning about how lou reed & laurie anderson would call each other from their respective studios in new york city to appreciate a certain cloud in the sky many days & stare it together, apart.  it is also a nod to one of my favorite female artists, yoko ono & her cloud piece.  these ornaments are strung on gold cord & the ceramic pieces are cut, cleaned, painted, glazed & fired three times by me.  all pieces are handmade by me in my ceramic studio & i use only non-toxic, lead free glazes.  the gold glaze has a percentage of real gold in it to make it beautiful & blingy! 

perfect not only for bringing some holiday cheer but also all year round!
