each & every piece of these wall hangings are cut, cleaned, sanded, designed, fired twice, & glazed by hand. the moon, desert & sea pieces are all fairly chunky & glazed with beautiful, full range colors; some with crackles, some with speckles & all unique. they are strung on strong leather cord & come ready to hang.  these pieces range in length from 8-24".  all of my glazes are non-toxic. some ocean pieces have collected california beach driftwood added as well.

my moon, desert & ocean series is an ongoing exploration of my love for our oceans, the constellations, solar system, the natural world & our place in these mysterious wonders of our world. this piece is inspired by these quotes:

“Somehow one feels unfettered by any of the harsh, restricting influences of human existence as we live it these days.
